Our Solutions

Four modules. One coherent intelligence picture.

Each module can be used independently. Together, they generate cross-module insights that no single tool can produce – a layered behavioral picture of your team, updated continuously.

The Architecture

Module 01 Player Understand

Player Profiles

A mirror, not a report card. Players articulate their own athletic identity – and coaches see them as they see themselves.

Most coaches have an image of each player formed through observation and instinct. Player Profiles gives every player a structured way to express how they understand themselves – their primary position and strengths within it, what they're working to improve, and what a good season looks like from their perspective.

The gap between how a coach perceives a player and how that player perceives themselves is often precisely where friction begins. Player Profiles makes that gap visible.

↗ profiles.circle-in.team
What the coach gets
  • Each player's self-defined position and strengths within that position

  • What each player is actively working to improve this season

  • What each player defines as a successful season – and whether it aligns with yours

  • A side-by-side view of how you see each player versus how they see themselves

The questions it answers

Do you see the player as they see themselves?

What does each player define as a successful season – and does it match yours?

What do each of my players think they should be working on?

Module 02 Team Understand

Team Map

The social wiring of your team, made visible. Not the connections you assume exist – the ones that actually do.

Every team has a social structure. Some players are connectors – they hold the network together, carry information, set the emotional tone. Others are isolated, peripheral, or connected only to each other. Most coaches navigate this structure by feel, over time.

Team Map uses sociometric network analysis to visualise the team's actual relational architecture. It shows you who the social pivots and fulcrums are, where the relationship density is low, and which connections are fragile.

↗ teammap.circle-in.team
What the coach gets
  • A visual network map of the team's social structure and relationship quality

  • Identification of social pivots, fulcrums and connectors within the group

  • Visibility of isolated players and low-density relational zones

  • How the social structure is evolving over the season

The questions it answers

Which players are driving the social fabric, information flow and energy levels?

Where are the relationship gaps in this team's social structure?

Which relational connections are most fragile or most influential?

Module 03 Player Track

Weekly Check-In

How is each player doing right now – really? Weekly individual tracking that catches what coaches can't see before it surfaces in performance.

A brief weekly prompt to each player captures their current sentiment, confidence, motivation and wellbeing. Individually the data points are informative. Tracked across weeks and across the squad, they reveal patterns no training session observation can produce.

Weekly Check-In is an early warning system. It tells you a player is struggling before they stop performing. It tells you the team is quietly fatigued before it starts losing games.

↗ checkin.circle-in.team
What the coach gets
  • Individual sentiment and confidence trends for each player, week on week

  • Squad-level view of collective motivation and energy

  • Early warning flags when a player's trajectory is declining

  • Insight into the dominant internal narrative – the mood in the room you're not in

The questions it answers

What's the dominant internal narrative when you're not in the room?

Is the team getting more confident and motivated – or quietly fatigued?

How is each player's sense of confidence and belonging evolving over the season?

Module 04 Team Track

Game Day Sentiment

Pre-game state and post-game interpretation – captured from every player, every game. Compared to yours.

A short pre-game survey captures 5 simple player perception metrics. A post-game survey captures how each player interpreted the team's performance across 5 simple metrics.

The spread of player views, and the gap between the coach's post-game analysis and the players' collective interpretation is made explicit. Game Day Sentiment tracks how both the team's behavioral state and its self-understanding and internal narrative are evolving game on game.

↗ pulse.circle-in.team
What the coach gets
  • The team's collective pre-game behavioral state before every match

  • Player-by-player post-game performance interpretations

  • The divergence between player interpretations and the coach's own read

  • Which behavioral metrics are most correlated with results over time

The questions it answers

How different are the players' pre-game sentiments and post-game explanations, and from yours?

Which in-game behavioral metrics are most explanatory of our results?

How is the team's collective behavioral state changing game on game?

Cross-Module Insights

Where the compounding intelligence lives.

Each module generates insight on its own. When two or more are active simultaneously, Circle-In begins to surface patterns that no single module can produce.

A signal from one module becomes more meaningful when it coincides with a signal from another. The example below shows how three independent data points combine into a single high-value insight.

Example: Three signals, one insight
Team Map

Player 7 has moved from a central network position to the periphery over the last three weeks.

Check-In

Player 7's weekly confidence score has declined for four consecutive weeks.

Profiles

Player 7 defines success by playing time, and has not featured in the starting lineup this month.

Cross-module insight: Player 7 is socially withdrawing, losing confidence and experiencing a misalignment between their personal success metric and their current role. None of these signals alone would prompt action. Together, they warrant a conversation – before it becomes a problem.
